Core Features of This App: The App accesses your photo library to analyze photos and provide suggestions using on-device AI technology. With your explicit consent and actions, the App can also create new albums within your photo library or move photos to the system trash. During this process, sensitive information such as your photos or analysis results is never transferred to external servers or shared with third parties. All major data processing and library modification operations occur solely on your device.

1. Information We Collect and Access Permissions

To provide the App's core features and improve our service, we may access or request permissions for the following minimal information:

Permission to Access and Modify Photo Library: To perform the App's main functions (photo analysis, suggestions, album creation, photo moving, etc.), we request your explicit consent to access and modify your device's photo library. Access (Read): We use photo files and associated metadata (e.g., capture time, and location information if you grant permission for location access) for analysis purposes within the App. Modification (Write): Upon your request or confirmation of an App suggestion, we may perform actions such as creating new albums within your photo library or moving selected photos to the system trash. All such access and modification operations, and the resulting data, are absolutely not transferred outside of your device. You can change this permission at any time via your device settings. On-device AI Analysis Results: Data generated during the photo analysis process (e.g., photo classifications, feature values, suggested content) is stored and processed only on your device. This information is not transferred to or stored on external servers. Receipt of External Information: To improve App functionality, update AI models, or apply necessary settings, the App may receive non-personally identifiable information (e.g., updated AI model data, app configuration information) from external servers. This is entirely unrelated to transferring your personal photos or analysis data externally.

We use the collected information and permissions solely for the following purposes and do not use them for any other purpose:

Providing Core App Features: Analyzing photos in your library using on-device AI to offer personalized photo suggestions, creating new albums based on analysis results or user selection, providing the function to move unnecessary photos selected by the user to the trash, photo search, and organization features unique to the App. Improving User Experience: Utilizing internal analysis results and usage patterns to enhance the App's performance and usability. (All improvement activities are based on utilizing data within the device.)

3. Information Processing, Storage, and Deletion

On-device Processing Principle: All processing of sensitive information, including your photos, related metadata, analysis results, and photo library modification operations (album creation, move to trash), occurs exclusively and securely within your device. No External Transfer or Storage: We do not transfer or store any personally identifiable or sensitive information, such as your photos, metadata, or analysis results, on the Company's external servers. Data Retention and Deletion: Data generated for App functions and stored on your device (like analysis results) is generally deleted when you uninstall the App. Your original photos remain in your photo library (or system trash) regardless of App deletion.

4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share or sell your personal information (photos, metadata, analysis results, etc.) with any third parties under any circumstances. We will not provide your personal information to external parties without your prior consent, except where required by special provisions in law or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Your Rights

Control Access and Modification Permissions: You can allow or block the App's permission to access and modify your photo library at any time through your device's 'Settings' menu. Blocking permission may limit your ability to use the App's core features (photo analysis, suggestions, album creation, photo moving, etc.). Data Deletion: You can delete App-related data stored on your device (such as analysis results) by uninstalling the App.

6. Data Security

We strive to implement technical and administrative safeguards to ensure your information is processed securely within your device. As data is not transferred externally, the risk of external breaches is eliminated, but we are committed to ensuring the App's stability and the security of internal data processing.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 14 (or the relevant age defined by applicable laws in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 14 has been collected without the consent of their parent or legal guardian, we will delete it immediately.  

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through in-app notices or other reasonable methods at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For significant changes, including those that may be disadvantageous to users, we will provide notice at least 30 days in advance and may seek your consent again if necessary.
